Happich is a preferred European supplier to major OEM's including automotive, heavy truck, utility/service, and mass transit. The company was recently acquired by Pelzer Acoustic Products, a German based corporation that develops and supplies highly effective, acoustically and thermally insulating products throughout Europe. The sales and distribution agreement brings into alignment the mutual goals of one of Europe’s leading industrial manufacturers with those of Hansen International a leading OEM supplier in North America.
